I've featured two Hot Properties a week for a long, long time. So where is the Tuesday feature? I'm not sure if its me or the properties, but none of the new listings are working for me. For one, there aren't many (certainly not for this time of year). And those that are coming to market just don't feel very "hot." I promise to feature some hot props as new as I come across them...

As someone who's currently looking for a house (with some urgency in the hopes of securing an accepted offer by the end of April), I can tell you for sure that it's not you. There's just very little coming up on the market. And certainly very little that's at all interesting.
Anon @11:43, I feel your pain. It is a buyer's market in terms of price, but the number and quality of new listings does seem lacking. That said, there are still lots of great houses sitting on the market. Have you checked out all of the previously featured lisitngs on this blog? There are some gems!
I love readying your blog and dreaming about the houses. I think there is a lot out there, but not necessarily new listings. Anyway, here is hoping that you start posting more regularly. You post; we dream.

I imagine there are a lot of folks like me. We have a wonderful home on some fabulous property but we hear it is such a buyers market that we figure why bother. Our real estate agent we talked to said in our price range - over a million - there is three years worth of inventory. Perhaps folks with special properties such as ours are just waiting....
