Fresh and Well-Priced

"The beautifully displayed fruits and vegetables here include several kinds of chilies, yams, potatoes and squashes. Melons go for $3 and $4 each, a pound of clean, gorgeous leeks costs 99 cents, tomatillos are $1.59 a pound and nopales (prickly pear cactus pads) are $1 a pound."
The New York Times, singing the praises of La Marqueta, a new market on Mt Kisco's Main Street which carries a large variety of fresh produce, poultry, meats, and fish.
