The spring bounce appears to be continuing into summer, with the number of contracts signed in July in the towns this blog covers remaining relatively high. Of the four previously-featured hot properties that found interested suitors, the Tudor in Montrose was on the market for about a month while the colonial in Katonah was first listed back in 2007.
