March Deals

The number of contracts signed in the towns this blog covers was essentially flat from February to March—good news or bad, depending on your perspective and temperament. Four previously-featured Hot Properties hit the jackpot in March. Two of them found takers quite quickly, while the other two needed at least 6 months—and $100,000 price cuts—to seduce a buyer.

Contracts signed on single-family homes:
February: 49
March: 47

The Yorktown Heights house was a great deal! I love it. The Ossining one is a really good buy for the money too.
