Art Films (Really)

The Jacob Burns' ongoing series, "Frameworks: Art on Film," features a number of films that explore the artistic process. Tonight's film, "Louise Bourgeois: The Spider, the Mistress and the Tangerine," offers an inside look into the artist and her works. "Richard Serra: Thinking on Your Feet" (this Sunday) documents every step of the process as the artist creates one of his monolithic sculptures. Other films explore the work of Antonio Gaudi and the role of the Hudson River as a muse for many artists. Check out the website for times and details. The series runs through March 4.
