August is traditionally one of the cruelest month's for real estate. Not surprisingly, this past one was pretty slow. Nonetheless, 4 previously-featured Hot Properties did go to contract. In addition, at least 2 were rented, and a few were taken off of the market. In general, the low-end listings seem to continue to move faster than the pricier properties, and Peekskill is continuing it's hot streak.
