Recent Sales and Deals

I took Monday off to chill--and I hope you did too. But back to business (or, in my case, hobby/obsessive compulsion): Just two previously-featured Hot Properties have gone to contract in the 2 weeks since my last update on May 12. Both listings had been on the market for quite some time, and the Yorktown property had its asking price chopped by $100,000 since first being listed. As far as I can tell, no Hot Properties have closed in the last 2 weeks.
