The local market never had the usual summer slump, but it appears to have not had a fall bounce yet, either. The number of properties going to contract in the towns this blog covers dropped a little bit in September from the (relatively high) figures of the summer. Only two previously-featured Hot Properties found would-be buyers, and both of them were on Crow Hill Road (although in different towns and school districts). As for the two that sold, both got their last asking price.
