Best features: I've got a thing for beams and stone, and this place has both! The living room is to-die-for, and the rest of the house ain't too shabby. The house has been updated and has central air. The 12 acre property is lovely, and there's a nice looking barn, too. (The asking price was reduced from $1,050,000 on April 1st.)
Downside: The area isn't one of my favorites and this is an unusually grand home for the neighborhood. (And the realtor really needs to update the listing's photos—snow scenes in May?!?)
