February Deals (but no Sales)

The number of houses going to contract in the towns this blog covers bounced quite a bit in February from the previous month. A lot of Hot Properties found would-be buyers, too, many of them after being on the market for a very long time. Big cuts in the asking price were needed to move most of them, though not all. As far as I can find, not a single Hot Property got all the way to home plate in February, which is unusual.

Some of these asking prices seem amazingly good. Do all of these houses have problems? or have prices really fallen that low? These are like 1999 prices.
