I am a huge fan of the bungalow/cottage style house. Small spaces can be cozy. I am trying to figure out where they squeeze in 3 bedrooms though.
It is very cute, but I agree it is hard to picture 3 bedrooms. I bet that TV room is counted as a bedroom.
