Best features: If you're looking for Victorian style and original details, this house might just do the trick. There's loads of woodwork, corner fireplaces, and a gorgeous porch. If you also want a renovated kitchen, this house has that, too—although it won't win any points for design (at least not from me). The price was just reduced from $524,222.
Downside: The exterior has vinyl siding. The house is pretty close to S. Highland Avenue (aka Route 9) and might be a bit noisy.
