If you're searching for a modestly priced home in a pleasant, walkable setting, this could be worth a look. Located in the Sunset Park area of Croton, this 1930 home is pretty sweet. How much do you think they would have gotten in 2007?
Good question about the price in 2007. I bet this would have sold for 600,000 to 650,000. It is small, but very nice and in a really good location.

This new house is nicer and in a more desireable location, in my opinion. But the two homes seem generally comparable.
