The number of listings going to contract in the towns this blog covers jumped quite a bit in November. But just one previously-featured Hot Property was among them—and it was a foreclosure. I sure know how to pick 'em.

I'm surprised more people signed contracts in November. That seems to show a recovery, or at least that the market isn't getting worse.
