Just one previously-featured Hot Property has gone to contract in the 2 weeks since my last roundup on June 23. That listing is a case of deja vu--it first went to contract in March (when the asking price was $314,000), but that deal fell through and the house hit the market again, at a reduced price. Meanwhile, just down the block, the sellers of the other Peekskill listing got pretty darn close to their asking.
