ugh! I can't believe you have listed this! We have been looking in Croton for a year and are working on a looksee at this this place...I think there may be bids on it already.
You have listed another that we were UNDER bid on last year which dragged on for a six month period. I'm very happy to have found this site...so helpful to an outsider! I will be checking out a couple others that you've listed in other towns.
