Sprucing Up in Peekskill

This row of buildings on the corner of South Division and Ester Street is currently being restored. No signs indicate who the developer is, but they've done a great job on the exterior. Located just around the corner from the Paramount Center for the Arts and the Peeksill Coffee House, the site is perfect for stores and artists' residences. I'll post details as I uncover them.
