Hot Property: Update

Two weeks ago I featured this 1915 colonial in Yorktown Heights, noting that the property was being sold as 3 parcels: a 1.6 acre lot with the house and two 1 acre building lots. Now the lovely 4,000 square foot house has been listed for sale with just the 1.6 acres. While the price seems somewhat reasonable (the house and full 3.9 acre property is listed for $1,650,000), the obvious downside is not knowing what will be built on the two adjacent parcels. $995,000
