With few new listings hitting the market, this one looks pretty interesting. The 1920 colonial is set on the edge of Croton and boasts 4,000 square feet on 3 acres. There are some nice details, large rooms, and (according to the realtor) Hudson River views. The 4 bedroom, 4 bath house clearly needs a good deal of work, but it does appear to have potential. One concern is that the realtor didn't post a clear photo of the exterior–raising questions as to how much "cosmetic" work this house may really need. And then there's the $20,000 annual tax bill. $815,000
