The recently opened Thyme Restaurant in Yorktown Heights touts itself as offering "freshly picked local produce and hand-selected steaks and seafood." According to Lohud's Small Bites blog, the co-chef is "highly praised" Neil Ferguson, formerly of Allen & Delancey and SoHo House in Manhattan and Monteverde at Oldstone Manor in Cortlandt.
