I couldn't find a Hot Property I wanted to feature, but instead I came across a great local blog. Described as "publishing from a 1939 Modern house in Westchester County," the blog modern offers up a great mix of posts on everything from local galleries and homes to distant architectural delights. The blog has been posting regularly since January 2008—how did I miss it all this time?—and is chock full of great tidbits. It totally lives up to it's tagline "Modern Houses. Modern Architects. Modern Design."
