More Westchester RE Reporting

Today's New York Time's article on the state of the Westchester market puts the recent Wester-Putnam Multiple Listing Service report--which found that the median sales price in the second quarter of this year was 2.1% below the year before--in a more positive light. Pointing out that the average sales price increased by 3% and that the number of sales continues to grow, the article paints a fairly rosy picture of the current (and near future) market.
