The Spring market continues to look somewhat healthy, although the number of homes going to
contract in the towns this blog covers fell a bit from March. (The number was higher than that of April 2010, which saw 61 homes going to contract). On the downside, not a single previously featured Hot Property either went to
contract or closed. Now, that hasn't happened for awhile.
