Peekskill's new "gastro pub," The Birdsall House, is open for dinner and now lunch. Check the website for daily menus and the beer lists. According to the restaurant's blog, they're serving beef from Hemlock Hill Farm in Cortlandt Manor, which feeds its cattle the spent grain from Capatain Lawrence Brewing Company in Pleasantville, whose brews they're also serving. Talk about locovorian cycles!
