Proclaiming itself Westchester's "first and only cupcake bakery," Flour & Sun Bakery opens this Saturday in Pleasantville. The bakery's growing menu boasts 25 cupcake varieties, including Chocolate Mint, Vanilla Cookies & Cream, Red Velvet, Orange Poppy Seed, and French Toast. Each morning the bakery's website lists the daily offerings of four classic cupcakes and three to five specials. You can view a gallery of cupcakes on flickr, and can even befriend the bakery on Facebook. The grand opening is from 10:00 to 5:00 on Saturday and the first 100 arrivals get a free cupcake.
